二． 江西省现处于开发的阶段，地皮比较多，价格比较理想。但火车站周围的地皮价格相对而言会比较高，且环境不适合排污。所以选择距离火车站20-30分种车程的城镇。那里地皮就比较便宜，而且还可以采用用租的方式，不过最少要签三至五年的合同。但那里要租建好的厂房会比较少，如果那里的地方合适，最终的具体情况需要到那考查下才能得知。
