Dear forum friends,
I am writing this to make an announcement that Kitten has been chosen as the co-host of our forum. I met her on QQ just a few days ago but I am deeply impressed by her talent and diligence in writing. Besides, I am very moved by a caring heart of her own as manifested in To exercise better care with poor areas-----The thoughts over the journey on May Day.
A good writer should not be too selfish to write things only about his/her own. Sometimes we all need to step outside and take a look at the bigger world never confined by walls on four sides. There are always people and things that deserve our greatest attention but seldom caught by our blunt eyes. So there will be some of us who often complain that by leading a boring life at college where one rarely sees much or hears a lot, we can hardly write much worth being written about. It is not true. It is simply because we seldom go out and think about people and things passing us by. We are too preoccupied in our own life to reach out to others’. Here Kitten sets to us a very good example by writing about the poor, as well as her love and care for them.
I guess there must be a lot of people among us who are also harboring as pure a heart as Kitten does. Then make your voice heard in order that you make others heard, through writing and nurturing a beautiful soul.
