My suggestion would be that you start a music program where people can hear lots of music and through music and your interesting introduction to it,they get to know the the foreign cultures and customs.

Since nobody has ever tried being a English music DJ on our campus, why don't you just take on this new job and amaze people by your great talent in hosting it?

You gave me a suggestion that why don't I be a music DJ.I think it's a good idea,but how about some details? In a thirty minutes program,I introduce one singer's or a band's songs to my listenners or a lot of different singers' songs?

Or a style of a music, for example, rock'n roll, classic music,or jazz? Or a country's music French song? Itanlian song?

The music DJ always is male,I don't know wheather I can be a good music DJ?

How about introducing one song from one singer or one music band at a time? Though you have only 30 minutes to run for your radio program, if that one sweet piece of music is properly and fully presented to your listeners with all kinds of background information and your vivid language illustration, the program could be quite a hit.

You can present every program with a theme of music through one song or many songs, like you can talk about childhood memories by playing us songs such as Yesterday Once More or songs with similar emotional effects on people.

You'd better go online and listen to the genuine native English speaking DJs and sure you will get tremendous inspirations and a huge number of good ideas from them. Also there is free MP3 music for you to download. I have been doing that for quite a while. Let me show you several websites to take a look at:
